カーボンリアウイング取扱説明書
この商品のデザインには、かなりの時間を費やしました。
純正のルーフスポイラーは外したくは無かったので、ダブルウイングのイメージで開発を進めました。
製品形状からか、とにかく美しいマットカーボン製品に仕上がっています。
このカーボンリアウイングには3つの拘りがあります。
ひとつは、当たり前なのですが全体のバランスを崩さない上品な雰囲気であり、ルーフスポイラーにしっかりと取り付けが出来る専用金具の設計でした。
もうひとつは、ウイングから生えるステーで、一般的には金属のステーをウイングの外にリベットや金具で取り付けしますが、カーボンリアウイングは取り付け金具をウイング内部に埋め込み、ステーのアシだけが生えてくる構造としました。
最後に、ウイングを支える土台部分も綾織カーボンで作り上げる事でした。
角度調整機能を備えるこの土台は3分割の割型からなり、その出来上がりはニヤリであります。

・Installation method : Apply the supplied cushion tape to the back side of the wing stay. Make 8 holes on the factory roof spoiler for mounting the stays. Fasten with the provided mounting brackets. Fasten the rear wing to the stays with bolts.

・Description : We have designed special metal fittings that can be securely attached to the roof spoiler. The angle can be adjusted in three positions. The angle is adjusted by the position of the bolt that attaches to the rear wing and stay.
